Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a motivated Bodyshop Consultant for our Derby dealership. You will interact with customers in person and by phone, manage documentation, liaise with insurers, and operate our Bodyshop computer system. A focus on accuracy and customer service is essential.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30am–17:30pm, with opportunities for training and career progression within the Pentagon Motor Group bodyshop network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a face-to-face Customer Service role.
• Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong time management.
• High level of accuracy in recording vehicle histories and data.
• Positive can-do attitude and team player mentality.
• A manual UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Liaise with Insurance Companies and other suppliers.
• Operate the Bodyshop computer system.
• Process invoices, customer insurance documents and job cards.
• Work to a high level of accuracy.
• Participate in measurement and feedback processes.
• Work closely with Bodyshop team.

What Will You Be Doing?

Duties will include:

• Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone
