Pentagon Motor Group is recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor at our busy Derby Mackworth dealership's Parts Department. You will identify and verify stock, receive parts, and assist Workshop staff and customers with parts needs.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in the Motor Trade, exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills. Training and progression are provided within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify stock and parts from suppliers.
• Receive incoming motor vehicle parts and store in correct locations.
• Ensure stock is stored securely and in saleable condition.
• Accurately locate and pick parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Seek opportunities to sell older and slow moving parts.
• Identify ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales through customer needs and add-ons.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
• Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
• Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure and in saleable condition.
• Accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow moving parts
• Seeking new ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm

Previous experience working as a Parts Consultant or in an Aftersales department would be a distinct advantage for this role.
