Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Derby is seeking a Bodyshop Consultant to join our busy Bodyshop team. You will deal with customers face-to-face and by phone, liaise with insurers, and operate the bodyshop computer system to process invoices, documents and job cards.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail. Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30, with comprehensive development opportunities available.

• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Strong communication skills, especially telephone skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to record vehicle histories and data accurately.

What Will You Be Doing?

Duties Will Include

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17:30pm

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
• Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
• A friendly and helpful attitude.
• Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
• An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
• Good IT skills
• The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
• A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
• Great organisation skills
• A manual UK driving licence
