Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Derby is seeking a friendly Bodyshop Consultant to join our busy bodyshop team. You will deal with customers face-to-face and by phone, liaise with insurers and suppliers, and handle invoices and job cards with accuracy. A full UK driving licence and strong IT and administration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
• Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
• A friendly and helpful attitude.
• Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
• An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
• Good IT skills
• The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
• A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
• Great organisation skills
• A manual UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Liaising with Insurance Companies and other suppliers.
• Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
• Processing invoices, customer insurance documents and job cards.
• Handling customer payments.
• Working to a high level of accuracy.
• Participating in measurement and feedback processes; working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team.
• The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17:30pm
