Rugby School, working with Lodestone House (Compass Group UK & Ireland), is seeking a Boarding House Chef to prepare and serve freshly cooked meals for boarding students as part of a dedicated house team.

The role offers a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off rota, term-time only, and a commitment to high-quality food, safety standards, and a welcoming dining experience that supports student wellbeing.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook breakfasts, lunches and dinners for boarding students
• Create nutritious, seasonal meals using quality ingredients
• Prepare a variety of British and international dishes from scratch
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service
• Create a welcoming dining environment and build positive relationships with students
• Follow all Food Safety, HACCP, allergen, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen and dining area
• Follow safeguarding procedures and support student wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the boarding house and wider catering team
• Report to the House Group Catering Manager and support the smooth running of the catering operation
