Blue Triangle is seeking Support Workers to help provide safe and secure accommodation for individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Support Worker, you will offer practical and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their goals. Experience in similar roles is beneficial, but training will be provided.
Blue Triangle’s core mission is to empower people to thrive, by delivering solutions in communities which focus onthe needs of each individual. Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centred and wellbeing focused, and aims toensure that in Scotland, everyone is able to access support whenever, and for however long, they need it.
The Board has overall responsibility for governance and strategic direction of Blue Triangle, and we are seekingindividuals who have a real desire and interest in helping deliver our ambitious aims and objectives. We arecurrently looking for individuals with demonstrable financial and commercial experience, with a strong focus onbudget management. Additional experience in development, charity sector and the social sector would be verybeneficial.
As a voluntary position, it will not be paid but travel and other expenses for attendance at meetings are reimbursedin line with our policy.
