Job summary

MorePeople seeks a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Director to lead multi-site operations in Lincolnshire, shaping the next growth phase. You’ll sit on the board, report to the MD, and drive capacity, efficiency and customer service across warehousing and transport.

You will own systems implementations, build high-performing teams, and foster a safety-conscious, service-driven culture while partnering with the MD and board.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across warehouse, logistics and transport operations (multi-site).
• Experience supporting substantial growth, site expansion or capacity increases.
• Track record of delivering systems implementation or operational technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse and transport operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement growth strategies, drive capacity and service improvements.
• Lead systems implementation and technology integration projects.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support a service-driven culture.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehousing and transport functions.
• Champion Health & Safety, Food Safety and regulatory compliance.
