Orpheus is seeking a Governance Manager in Godstone, Surrey to lead and develop our governance function. You will coordinate Board and committee meetings, maintain governance systems, and support trustee development and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with the Director of People & Governance to drive improvements and ensure robust governance across the charity and education sectors.

Qualifications

• Significant governance, company secretarial or board secretariat experience.
• Experience servicing board/committee meetings and producing minutes.
• Experience coordinating agendas, papers, forward plans and action tracking.
• Experience working with senior leaders and trustees.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration and coordination of Board and committee governance programmes.
• Prepare, coordinate and quality assure board papers and minutes.
• Maintain governance frameworks, policies and registers.
• Coordinate trustee recruitment, induction and development.
