North Oxford Garage is seeking a skilled BMW Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team in Oxford. This role involves diagnosing, servicing and repairing BMW vehicles to high manufacturer standards, with health checks and collaboration in a busy workshop to meet targets.

A proactive, customer-focused professional will thrive here. You will ideally hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a full UK licence, with BMW/MINI experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Must be a team player with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

40 Hours per Week + 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings

Basic Salary: £34,000-£40,000 (DOE) + OTE & Stretch Bonus up to £20,000

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience working within a franchised dealership (BMW/MINI experience beneficial but not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive, proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence
