Wollaston BMW in Northampton is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join the expanding aftersales team. You will service, maintain, diagnose and repair vehicles across our premium brands, using state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern and a 1 in 3 Saturdays rota, a £33,000 starting salary plus £6,000 OTE, 30 days holiday (32 with service), birthday off, private health insurance, cycle to work and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to quality.
• Experience in prestige or manufacturer environments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Use the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.
• Work efficiently to agreed timescales while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure each vehicle exits the workshop in excellent condition.
• Collaborate within a professional aftersales team.
• Deliver high levels of service and customer care Wollaston is known for.
