Job summary

North Oxford Garage is seeking a skilled BMW Technician to join our aftersales team. You will diagnose, service and repair BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, franchise workshop experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive team player mindset; offering a basic salary 34,000–40,000 with OTE up to 20,000 and a modern, well-equipped workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in a franchised dealership (BMW/MINI desirable).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair BMW vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and report effectively on findings.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced workshop team.
