Sytner Tamworth BMW is seeking an exceptional New BMW Sales Performance Manager to join our high-performing Sales Leadership Team. You will lead the New BMW Sales operation, shaping strategy and performance across the customer journey in a fast-moving, prestige retail environment.

You will coach and develop senior sales executives, drive volume and profitability while maintaining BMW standards and an outstanding customer experience, collaborating with the wider leadership team to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or sales management, ideally in prestige brands.
• Proven track record of high performance and results.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve conversion and standards.
• Excellent communication and influence within a senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop our New BMW Sales team to consistently perform at an exceptional level.
• Drive achievement of new car volume, profitability, finance, retention and manufacturer performance.
• Maintain uncompromising focus on customer experience and reflect BMW/Sytner standards.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities, improve conversion and raise standards.
• Develop Sales Executives through regular coaching and clear objectives.
• Collaborate with other Sales Managers and Retailer leadership to deliver best results for Tamworth.
• Ensure strong control of enquiry management, order bank, vehicle pipeline and sales processes.
• Bring energy, fresh thinking and new ideas to an already successful department.
• Challenge the status quo to improve the operation.
