Job summary
Sytner Tamworth BMW & MINI is seeking an Accessory Sales Expert to help customers personalise and enhance their vehicles with genuine BMW and MINI accessories. You’ll work with New and Used car teams, Service and Bodyshop areas, and the Parts team to drive accessory sales and celebrate personalisation.
You’ll develop product knowledge and become the dealership expert on BMW and MINI accessories, guiding customers to choices that fit their car and lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service or sales background.
- Interest in prestige automotive industry.
- Keen to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers purchasing New and Used BMW and MINI vehicles.
- Proactively introduce relevant genuine accessories and personalisation options.
- Work with Sales Executives and Retail Managers to maximise opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers in Service and Bodyshop departments.
- Demonstrate and explain the latest BMW and MINI accessory ranges.
- Follow up customer enquiries and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Parts to ensure products are ordered and available.
- Own accessory sales performance and work towards targets.
- Help improve how accessories are showcased and promoted.
