Job summary

Sytner Maidenhead BMW is seeking a Sales Executive to be the main contact for customers on the journey to buying a car. You will deliver high-quality service, use your sales skills, and help customers select suitable vehicles with confidence.

The role requires automotive sales experience, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner. Weekend patterns and target-based earnings are typical parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement.
• Experience in the motor trade is preferred.
• Full and valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs on their car buying journey.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the buying experience.
• Attend assessment centre if invited.

About The Role

BMW Maidenhead have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some from the Motor Trade, ideally with sales experience

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence is essential

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
