You’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base by engaging with local businesses, identifying fleet and company car opportunities, and promoting the premium BMW and MINI brands. Success in this role comes from your ability to network, prospect, build trust, and create opportunities where others don't.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of identifying and winning new customers. Previous experience within the fleet, automotive sales, vehicle leasing, contract hire, or wider automotive sector would be highly desirable. You’ll have a strong understanding of the B2B sales environment and be confident prospecting for new business, engaging with decision-makers, and developing relationships from the initial conversation through to a successful sale. Most importantly, you’ll be a natural new‑business hunter, with the drive, resilience, and commercial awareness to continually identify new opportunities and grow our corporate and fleet customer base.
