Job summary

BMW Solihull, part of the Sytner Group, seeks a proactive Bodyshop Advisor to join our Bodyshop team and help deliver first-time right work with outstanding customer service. You will support the Bodyshop in driving productivity and efficiency while handling and guiding customers, internal and external, through the process.

The role emphasises clear communication, telephone negotiations, and a collaborative approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding in aspects of a Bodyshop and Insurance claims is ideal
• Familiarity with Audatex operations & VDA accreditation is advantageous
• Excellent communication and telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Support the Bodyshop team to drive productivity and efficiency in the department.
• Handle and deal with our customers both internal and external.
• Communicate clearly by phone to handle authorisations and inquiries

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Bodyshop team at BMW Solihull as a Bodyshop Advisor.

You will be part of a proactive team focused in delighting our customers and getting it right first time & you will be supporting our Bodyshop Team in driving the productivity and efficiency of the department. You will also be handling and dealing with our customers both internal and external.

Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.

About you

Experience and understanding in aspects of a Bodyshop and Insurance claims is ideal therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry.

This is a sales focused role that would suit a forward thinking, people orientated person, and you must be familiar with both Audatex operations & VDA accreditation.

You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.
