Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to take ownership of technical standards, compliance and engineering quality across the business. This key role requires strong BMS expertise and a passion for process, documentation and continuous improvement.

You will own compliance across projects and service operations, develop engineering standards, conduct audits and produce management reports while supporting engineering teams with guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background within BMS, controls or building services.
• Understanding of BMS design, commissioning and service.
• Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Own technical compliance processes across BMS projects and service operations.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
• Review project documentation, specifications and technical submissions.
• Carry out technical audits and quality reviews.
• Ensure systems and installations comply with relevant standards.
• Support engineering teams with technical guidance.
• Investigate technical issues, defects and non-conformances.
• Produce reports and recommendations for management.
• Maintain technical documentation and compliance records.
• Support training and development of engineering teams.
• Work with project, service and operations teams to improve technical quality.
