Clear. seeks a Technical Compliance Manager to own technical standards, compliance and engineering quality across the business. This pivotal role ensures BMS projects and service operations meet relevant standards and drive continuous improvement.

The candidate will lead audits, maintain documentation, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams, working with project and operations teams to boost quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in BMS, controls or building services.
• Knowledge of BMS design, commissioning and service.
• Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and management.

Responsibilities
