Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced operations leader to build and run the BMS service and project delivery arm in the UK. You will sit at the centre of the operation, uniting people, projects, engineering, customers and commercial performance to deliver value and reliability.

You will oversee day-to-day BMS operational activity, manage engineering resources, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, service, project or engineering management.
• Strong understanding of BMS project delivery and service.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Commercially aware with strong customer management ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day BMS operational activity.
• Manage engineering and operational resources.
• Improve processes, workflow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project and service delivery.
• Work closely with senior management on business performance.
• Manage internal teams and external subcontractors.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning.
• Monitor KPIs and operational targets.
• Assist with commercial planning and resource forecasting.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational activities meet company standards and H&S requirements.
