Job summary
Clear. is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to own technical standards, compliance and engineering quality across BMS projects and service operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in BMS design, commissioning and service.
- Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and management.
- Knowledge of relevant BMS/HVAC standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Own technical compliance processes across BMS projects and service operations.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
- Review project documentation, specifications and technical submissions.
- Carry out technical audits and quality reviews.
- Ensure systems and installations comply with relevant standards.
- Support engineering teams with technical guidance.
- Investigate technical issues, defects and non-conformances.
- Produce reports and recommendations for management.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance records.
- Support training and development of engineering teams.
- Work with project, service and operations teams to improve technical quality.
