CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) Specialist to optimize mechanical systems across a large campus. You will develop advanced control strategies for medium to large projects, driving energy efficiency and reliability.

Key duties include maximizing system performance, collaborating with engineering and design teams, mentoring junior technicians, and designing preventive maintenance plans. Deliver exceptional client service with clear documentation and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with building automation systems and controllers.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, VAVs, cooling towers).
• Experience with control strategies such as resets and central plant sequencing.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.

• Maximize system performance and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering/design teams during planning and implementation.
