Job description

Project Type: Large-scale Infrastructure Projects ranging from Pharmaceutical & Data Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BMS architectures for industrial facilities including control strategies, network topology, and system integration.
• Configure, program, and commission BMS controllers, field devices, and supervisory systems.
• Integrate HVAC, electrical, and utility systems into centralized monitoring and control platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation including control schematics, I/O schedules, functional descriptions, and as-built drawings.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization during commissioning and post-handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Provide technical support, maintenance guidance, and system training to end users.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and industrial facility operations.
• Experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or equivalent)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, control diagrams, and specifications.
