Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise is seeking an experienced BMS Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of building automation systems, including BMS, CCTV, and ACS. The ideal candidate has hands-on IT-enabled BMS experience and a track record in greenfield developments within a manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with IT, facilities, security, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution, ongoing support, and adherence to industry cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining BMS, CCTV, and ACS in commercial/industrial environments.
• Greenfield project experience with building automation.
• Ability to work on-site in Somerset, UK and manage vendors/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and commissioning of BMS, CCTV, and ACS with IT integration.
• Oversee full lifecycle of BMS projects from requirements to handover.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
