Job summary
Agratas Energy Storage Solutions seeks an experienced BMS Manager to lead the implementation, integration and ongoing maintenance of BMS, CCTV and ACS across greenfield developments. You will oversee design, deployment, testing and handover with IT alignment and security considerations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of Schneider Electric BMS and related systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects on site in Somerset, UK within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
- Experience with BMS, CCTV, and ACS in commercial/industrial settings.
- Schneider Electric BMS experience in greenfield projects.
- Knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and building-automation controls.
- Certs such as EcoXpert, Cisco, or Network+ are a plus.
- On-site work in Somerset, UK manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and commission BMS, CCTV, and ACS with IT integration.
- Oversee greenfield project lifecycle from requirements gathering to handover.
- Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of building automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with standards and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, security, and vendors; document systems.
