Qualifications

• Experience in a senior BMS/controls role or engineering management.
• Deep understanding of HVAC principles and BMS software protocols.
• Proven leadership with mentoring and team development.
• Background in control system design, commissioning and support.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, Health & Safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BMS application engineers to deliver complex projects to high standards.
• Oversee the creation and improvement of software libraries, documentation, and engineering processes.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance throughout design, commissioning, and optimisation phases.
• Ensure systems perform efficiently, supporting clients with energy and operational improvements.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, projects, and service teams.
