Job summary

Clear. seeks a Regional Technical Manager to provide technical leadership across BMS projects, service activity and engineering teams in a hybrid working setup in the UK.

The role acts as the technical escalation point, guiding engineers to deliver robust, compliant solutions and maintaining strong customer relations. The ideal candidate has strong commissioning and fault-finding skills, a solid understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant, and prior senior engineering or technical management

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional technical teams in BMS projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex commissioning issues.
• Experience with BMS platforms, preferably Trend or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to regional BMS engineering teams.
• Support engineers with commissioning, service and fault-finding issues.
• Review technical designs, control strategies and specifications.
• Attend customer sites when senior technical support is required.
• Assist with project and service escalations.
• Ensure technical standards are maintained.
• Identify recurring technical issues and drive improvements.
• Support training and development of engineers.
• Collaborate with project, service and commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
