Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to lead regional BMS engineering teams across London and Essex, providing senior technical support on complex commissioning, service, and fault-finding tasks.

You will review designs, control strategies and specifications, attend customer sites as required, and work with project, service and commercial teams to maintain high technical standards. A strong leadership background and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive BMS/controls engineering experience.
• Strong commissioning and fault-finding knowledge.
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical plant.
• Previous senior engineering or technical management experience.
• Experience with Trend or comparable BMS platforms.
• Strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities
