Base Location: Flexible across South West England | We're proud to offer a flexible approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be our office in Chepstow.

We're looking for talented salespeople within the Building Controls (BMS) industry who can accelerate our plans for growth across South West England and Wales.

Joining our team means working on cutting-edge projects that harness the latest technologies and solutions, aimed at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions in buildings.

We have a constant stream of enquiries and tailored development programs to equip you with opportunities and knowledge to succeed.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive BMS project revenue in your territory.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and building owners to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Manage a robust pipeline, delivering on monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and marketing teams for successful project delivery.
  • Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and industry insights for continuous improvement.

You have:

  • Experience in B2B sales within the Building Management Systems industry.
  • A passion for sustainability and intelligent building technology to promote a greener future.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with BMS platforms like Trend, Siemens, or Honeywell (desirable but not essential).
