Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a BMS Maintenance Engineer for field-based work across Greater London and surrounding regions. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support and building performance improvements.

You will diagnose faults across controls, networks, and field devices, modify BMS strategies, and support commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining BMS systems in commercial environments.
• Knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium platforms.
• Experience with Siemens, Schneider Electric or ABB is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Diagnose and rectify software, controls, and communications faults.
• Modify and optimise BMS strategies to improve building performance.
• Support commissioning and small works activities where required.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high standard of technical support.

Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring a BMS Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites throughout Greater London and the surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts on BMS systems.
• Diagnose and rectify software, controls, and communications faults.
• Modify and optimise BMS strategies to improve building performance.
• Support commissioning and small works activities where required.
• Produce service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high standard of technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining BMS systems in commercial environments.
