Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is recruiting a skilled BMS Service Engineer to support our client’s nationwide service operation in London and the South. You will work on-site with building management systems, performing service, routine PPMs, fault finding and ongoing improvements.

The role offers a competitive £50k-£55k salary, a company car or car allowance, a contributory pension, private medical and life assurance, plus income protection and development/training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced BMS engineer with service and PPM expertise.
• Strong fault-finding ability across major BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Priva, Sauter).
• Good knowledge of industry protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Electrical Engineering background preferred or Level 3 Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Cover London and South London areas for service, PPMs and fault finding.
• Deliver improvements and respond to call-outs as required.

BMS Service Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is partnered with a global market leading specialist within building management systems for large commercial and residential properties.

In addition to the delivery of BMS Solutions, their nationwide service operation provides ongoing support through routine PPM's, call outs and additional improvement works.

Due to continued growth, the business is looking to hire an experienced BMS Service Engineer to cover London & South London areas.

Requirements

• We are currently seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer
• You will be experienced in the service, ppm works, fault finding of BMS Systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Priva, Sauter
• Ideally you will have good experience of communication protocols such as: BACnet, Modbus etc
• Good fault diagnosis experience within the BMS Sectorli>
• Strong knowledge / experience of HVAC Plant
• Ideally hold - Level 3 Electrical Engineering or have a good Electrical engineering background and understanding
