Job summary

Alecto Recruitment seeks a skilled BMS Engineer willing to travel across Europe. The role involves diagnosing BMS/ HVAC control issues at customer sites across the UK and Europe, including reactive callouts and testing of sensors, actuators, and network communication panels. Strong knowledge of BACnet/Modbus/KNX and major BMS platforms is essential.

Travel will be extensive with a company vehicle provided. You will earn a competitive salary with overtime and full travel expense coverage.

Qualifications

BMS Engineer - European Travel

Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for a BMS Engineer who will be interested in Europe travel.

The Role

• The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve BMS, controls and associated electrical issues across customer sites throughout UK & Europe
• Attend reactive BMS Callouts across the UK & Europe
• Test sensors, actuators, valves, control panels, wiring and network comms
• Identify recurring faults and recommend permanent solutions

Requirements

• Must be open to travel and work across Europe at times
• Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Priva, JCI, Honeywell or Delta Controls
• Good knowledge of communication protocols such as: BACnet, Modbus, KNX
• Relevant electrical, controls, HVAC experience
• Good understanding of mechanical plant and HVAC Plant

Salary

• £50,000 - £55,000
• When on Europe Travel paid X2 Extra hours per day
• Overtime
