Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to take technical ownership of a prominent London portfolio. You will provide hands-on expertise across BMS platforms, industrial controls, OT networks, integrations, lifecycle engineering and system resilience.

The role combines engineering leadership with practical security and operational resilience, including fault diagnosis, commissioning, upgrades, vendor management, change control and secure remote access.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-site BMS/controls environments.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus or OPC protocols.
• Experience with Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Tridium Niagara is advantageous.
• Ability to operate in critical environments where uptime and service continuity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of a London portfolio across BMS platforms.
• Fault diagnosis, commissioning, upgrades and lifecycle engineering.
• Vendor management, change control, backups and recovery.
• Enable secure remote access and maintain system resilience.

My client is now seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to take technical ownership of a critical London portfolio, providing hands-on expertise across BMS platforms, industrial controls, OT networks, integrations, lifecycle engineering and system resilience.

The role combines engineering leadership with practical security and operational resilience, including fault diagnosis, commissioning, upgrades, vendor management, change control, backups, recovery and secure remote access. Candidates should have strong multi-site BMS/controls experience, knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or OPC, and the ability to operate confidently in critical environments where uptime and service continuity are paramount; experience with Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Tridium Niagara is advantageous.
