Job summary

Schneider Electric UK is seeking a field-based engineer to join a project delivery team supporting customer sites across Yorkshire. You will pre-commission, commission, and write controller software, working on Schneider Ecostruxure systems and graphics, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS commissioning or service work preferred; training provided.
• HVAC install or commissioning experience preferred.
• Electrical skills and ability to read panel drawings.
• Customer-focused, team player with initiative.
• Driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work on customer sites around Yorkshire.
• Pre-commission control panels and field devices; work on Ecostruxure software and graphics.
• Commission field controllers, networks and field devices.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet design and site programs.
• Write and commission controller software through the GUI.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment on site or in office.
• Commission door access systems using Security Expert software/hardware.
