Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced BMS Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of BMS customers in the London and South East region. The role focuses on Schneider Electric BMS and EcoStruxure solutions, with a commercial emphasis on developing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You will work across client relationships, quotations, tenders and proposals, coordinating with engineering and service teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS, building controls or HVAC/automation
• Commercial, sales or account management experience in BMS/controls
• Strong client-facing, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of BMS customers and key accounts
• Identify new opportunities across commercial building services and facilities management
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and end users
• Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals
• Manage opportunities through the sales process from enquiry to order
• Collaborate with engineering, project and service teams to ensure delivery
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with BMS, energy management and building automation technologies
