Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced hospitality operations lead to support daily site running across multiple locations. You will oversee service standards, stock control and team performance while partnering with clients to uphold exceptional food and service.

This role emphasizes commercial awareness, hands-on leadership and a passion for food. You will contribute to training, implement improvements to drive sales and customer satisfaction, and help bring BM concepts and innovation to life
