Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and grow with us. You’ll support food preparation, assist the Head Chef, and help deliver fresh, well-presented meals in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. The role offers learning opportunities through masterclasses, funded courses, and progression paths within a supportive culinary team.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and a willingness to learn.
• Positive and hardworking attitude in a busy kitchen.

• Strong communication with the kitchen team.
• Commitment to quality and presentation of dishes.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge or training is helpful.
