BM Caterers is seeking an experienced on-site hospitality manager to oversee daily operations across multiple sites, lead teams, and ensure top service, standards, stock and performance. You will drive client satisfaction and manage budgets with a hands-on, collaborative leadership approach.

The role focuses on training, innovation, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues while delivering excellent food and service on-site.

• Experience in hospitality or contract catering chef management.
• Confident, supportive leadership style.
• Commercial awareness and good organisational skills.
