Job summary

BM Caterers in Manchester is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead daily kitchen operations while delivering outstanding food. You will contribute to menu planning, uphold food safety standards and coach junior team members, ensuring consistency, quality and efficient service across busy shifts.

The role demands strong organisation, clear communication and a hands-on leadership style.
