Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to support the day-to-day running of our national catering operations team in the Midlands, delivering outstanding food, service and team performance.

You will lead site operations, drive service standards, manage stock and people, contribute to budget controls and seek opportunities to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, while building strong client relationships and developing the team.

• Experience in hospitality or contract catering chef management.
• Confident, supportive leadership style.
• Commercial awareness and strong organizational skills.
