BM Caterers at the M&S Distribution Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead service and a team in a busy hospitality environment. The role involves delivering high-standard food and drink service, maintaining presentation-ready service areas, and responding to customer requests with care.

You will supervise front of house standards, motivate the team, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and excellent client satisfaction.

Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off. 7am-7pm (12 hour shift).
