BM Caterers is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at the M&S Distribution Centre. The role pays £13.26 per hour, on a full-time contract with a 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. You will lead service, motivate the team and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities include supervising front of house, delivering high standards, and supporting daily service flow while upholding company procedures and quality expectations.
