Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology delivery programmes in financial services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software development lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery and auditable governance.

You will manage risks, stakeholders, and reporting while balancing technical detail with commercial outcomes. You will work with engineering, business analysis, and client teams to drive end-to-end delivery, maintain plans and RAID logs, and

Qualifications

Hands-on project management experience delivering technology or software development programmes.
Solid background in financial services, with understanding of capital markets, post-trade infrastructure, or digital asset ecosystems.
Strong grasp of both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies with governance for client-facing programmes.
Stakeholder management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and for commercial context.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of technology delivery programmes, acting as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders across MACH and the client organisation.
Own and manage project governance including stakeholder mapping, scheduling of governance forums and all associated documentation.
Ensure appropriate resourcing across software engineering, blockchain development, and business analysis workstreams.
Maintain and actively manage the project plan and RAID log with attention to technical dependencies.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of project workstreams from requirements through go-live.
Build and manage relationships with client and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure decisions and outcomes are documented via minutes, sign-offs, and artefacts.
Support the project team in resolving risks and issues, driving lessons-learned reviews to improve delivery.
Identify cross-functional interdependencies between blockchain components, platform integrations, and client change programmes.
Work with engineering and commercial teams to maintain momentum on multi-workstream programmes.
Undertake other programme delivery roles including supporting bid activity and client onboarding.
