Gateway Group Services Ltd. in Rochford, Essex is seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our property management team. You will manage a diverse residential portfolio, provide expert advice to clients and residents, and coordinate with contractors to keep services compliant and efficient.

The role demands strong communication, organisation and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach, with a minimum of three years in block management and a commitment to long‑term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in residential block management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks, including new builds, purpose-built, and converted properties.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Organising and attending client and resident meetings regularly, including AGMs and Directors’ meetings.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance works.
• Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring timely service charge collection and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, lease requirements, and company policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholders.
