Job summary

AB Agri is recruiting a Product Co‑Ordinator (Blends) in the UK for a hybrid role with two days per month in the office. A salary from £26,000 plus pension contributions matched up to 10% and flexible benefits supports development, wellbeing and everyday life.

The role focuses on coordinating the Blends portfolio, contracts, orders and stock administration with third‑party sites. You will work closely with the Blends Product team to ensure accurate orders, timely manufacture readiness and

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administrative, coordination, stock control, or supply chain support role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and keep information accurate to meet deadlines.
• Arrange outbound transport and prepare orders for manufacture.
• Coordinate inbound raw materials and manage contracts so sites have ingredients.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party sites and hauliers and resolve issues.
• Support stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and keep daily operations efficient.
• Respond to late deliveries and changes, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with formulation and commercial teams on blend changes.
• Provide cover for holidays and sickness across product streams.
