AB Agri is hiring a Product Co-Ordinator (Blends) in the UK on a hybrid basis. The role supports the Blends product team, coordinating with third-party manufacturers and hauliers to ensure orders, contracts and stock are aligned with priorities.

You will manage orders, inbound materials, and stocktakes while liaising with sites to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service, administrative, co-ordination, stock control, or supply chain support role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders received through our systems, keeping information accurate and prioritising work to meet processing deadlines.
• Complete administration needed to make orders ready for manufacture and arrange outbound transport with hauliers.
• Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries, administering purchase contracts so sites have the ingredients needed to make each blend.
• Build productive working relationships with third-party manufacturing sites and hauliers, maintaining regular contact and following up on issues.
• Work with sites on stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and help keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
• Respond to late deliveries, material availability issues and changes to orders, keeping relevant parties informed and escalating when needed.
• Liaise with the formulation and commercial product teams on blend changes or queries, helping to improve processes as the business develops.
• Provide support for other product co-ordinators to ensure all product streams are covered for holidays and sickness.
