Qualifications

• 12 months proven track record in residential estate agency sales.
• History of exceeding monthly instruction and fee targets.
• Deep familiarity with the Birmingham residential property market.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Sharp negotiation skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.
