Connells Group – the Home of Opportunity – is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Burchell Edwards residential sales team in Shirley, Birmingham. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers, drive valuations, viewings and offers, and progress sales to completion.

Competenze

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).

Mansioni

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
