eNL in Birmingham seeks an established Commercial Litigation Partner to join its international disputes practice. You will lead the Birmingham team, advise on complex cross-border disputes for major corporates and institutions, and leverage an international platform to grow your client base.

The role focuses on developing your existing following, partnering with colleagues across jurisdictions, and contributing to strategic growth of the Birmingham disputes practice.

Qualifications

• A strong track record in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Established and credible client following.
• Proven ability to generate and develop new business.
• Excellent technical and commercial skills.
• Strong relationships within corporate and professional services markets.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role within the Birmingham commercial litigation team.
• Develop and grow your existing client following with international support.
• Advise major corporates, institutions, shareholders and directors on complex disputes.
• Collaborate with lawyers across the firm's international network on cross-border matters.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Birmingham disputes practice.
• Build relationships with new clients and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
