Open to Partners, Legal Directors or Senior Associates with a proven track record, you will manage a broad disputes workload, nurture relationships with Midlands clients, contribute to strategy, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Significant experience handling a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters.
• Strong reputation and established Midlands network.
• Proven business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of high-quality commercial disputes.
• Advise a varied client base on shareholder, contractual and other disputes.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for Birmingham practice.
• Mentor junior lawyers and supervise cases.
