Job summary

eNL in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join their city centre office in a full-time, permanent post. The role targets an established Partner with a strong reputation, a demonstrable client following and the ambition to grow a practice within an international platform.

You will lead the Birmingham commercial litigation team, develop your client base with firm support, and advise major corporates and other sophisticated clients on high-value disputes,

Qualifications

• Strong track record in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Established and credible client following.
• Proven ability to generate and develop new business.
• Collaborative approach across teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role within the Birmingham commercial litigation team.
• Develop and grow your existing client following with the support of an international firm.
• Advise major corporates, institutions, shareholders and directors on complex disputes.
• Work with lawyers across the firm's international network on cross-border matters.
• Contribute to growth and strategic development of the Birmingham disputes practice.
• Build relationships with new clients and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
